Birth Doulas

  • 2 PRENATAL VISITS – One virtual and one in person. This is where we start planning your birth plan, get to know each other better, this gives me the chance to start building your dream.

  • PREGNANCY SUPPORT- From the time of hire your doula will be available to you from 8am- 8pm to answer any questions, provide resources and offer emotional support via email/phone/text until 36 weeks when she will be on call for you 24/7!

  • LABOR SUPPORT- Once you have called us you will have continuous care until 2 hours post delivery. We will be with you to provide education, help with positioning and comfort measures, help support your birth team, assist with feeding and help you transition into this new chapter

Postpartum Doulas

POST PARTUM SUPPORT- I want to help you during your post partum period from helping with light house work, help with any feeding issues, or even just snuggle with baby while you nap. I will be available to help you and baby have a smooth transition. Postpartum care is booked hourly typically in 3 hour blocks.
